ORDERS
Our web store is a reflection of the parts we use on the bikes we build. With this said most of our time is spent in the shop building bikes so web orders sometime take a while to ship. If you are under a time frame or want Amazon typer service please do not hit the "Place My Order" button.
Thank you for your understanding and your faith in the quality of parts & accessories we sell.
RETURNS
No one likes returns. They take a lot of time to process for us & you do not have the parts you need. Being a small craft shop it does take us a bit of time to take care of this.
HERE IS OUR POLICY
- No returns after 10 days
- No returns on special order parts
- No returns on brake lines
- No Returns on shocks built for your pr
- No returns on custom wheels, rims, or exhaust
- No returns on any electrical parts
- All returns must be submitted via email to info@boxermetal.com along with the original order number. If the order number is not provided the return will be ignored.
- There is a 25% restocking fee on allowed returns. Shipping not refunded
- Allow up to 15 days to receive your refund. Shop credit is fine for future orders.
- If we screw up, and it happens obviously we will handle shipping, replacement parts or a full refund.

Between, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Text Messages, Emails & Voice Mail it is impossible to respond right away. There is one person that has the answers and a lot of his time is spent in the shop building bikes. If you're in a hurry, Sorry!
